Built by swim schools

Run your swim school
from your phone.

Built by people who already run schools โ€” not a generic CRM with lessons taped on. Parents enroll, pay, and book themselves. You show up and teach.

$120/mo or $1,000/yr Cancel anytime We help you set it up

* $1,000/year works out to under $100/month. Prefer month-to-month? It's $120/month.

You are not bad at running a school.

You are stuck in the texts, the Venmo, and the spreadsheet that says who has credits left. Every open slot is a phone call. Every reschedule is three messages.

Parents texting โ€œcan we move Thursday?โ€

Venmo, cash, and โ€œIโ€™ll pay you next weekโ€

Credits tracked in a spreadsheet

โ€œIs this slot actually open?โ€

No-shows with no clean record

Gate codes living in a notes app

You do not need another app.
You need the school to run itself between lessons.

Why schools switch

Three things stop being your job.

Enrolling, collecting, and coordinating โ€” handed to the system, so your hours go back in the water.

A parent booking a swim lesson from their phone at home
Parents run it themselves

The front desk is now a phone in their pocket.

Families find you, verify their number with a text code, and walk through a guided signup on their own. No password to reset. No โ€œwhat times do you have?โ€ at 9pm. They land in a branded portal that looks like your school.

  • Passwordless SMS login
  • Guided first-time wizard
  • Self-scheduling from real open slots
  • Your colors, your name, your policies

The money handles itself

Get paid before the lesson, not after the third reminder.

Sell packages and drop-ins with real checkout. Cards stay on file. A weekly series charges itself about 24 hours out if the family is out of credits โ€” so you are teaching, not chasing Venmo.

  • Packages, drop-ins, and promo codes
  • PCI-compliant CardPointe checkout
  • Cards on file + T-24h auto-settle
  • Money lands on your merchant account

You just teach

Show up, glance at your phone, get in the water.

The Go Time app shows todayโ€™s lessons with the student, the pool, and the parent one tap away. Gate codes appear when it is time. Reminders already went out. Finish the lesson in one tap and move to the next.

  • Today and this week, shaped for swim
  • Student level, notes, and parent contact
  • Gate code revealed in the last 24 hours
  • Automatic T-7 and T-24 reminders

The pages of the school

This is what you actually use.

Landing, portal, calendar, family page, settings, and Go Time on the phone โ€” one current, not six tools.

Public school page

Public school page

Your branded landing. Parents find you, send a verified text, and start enrollment.

Parent portal

Parent portal

No app, no password. Families sign in with a 4-digit code and book themselves.

Child, pool, instructor, paid or unpaid. Drag to move. No double-books.

Contact, lessons, credits, cards, and notes โ€” not five different screens.

Lessons, packages, availability, locations, instructors, landing, portal, promos.

Go Time

Go Time

The instructor phone app. Todayโ€™s roster, student notes, finish in one tap.

Everything in the product

This is the swim school system.

Not a generic CRM with โ€œlessonsโ€ taped on. Here is the whole thing.

01

Get found

Your school gets a branded public page โ€” no developer required.

Branded landing page

Your own URL with hero, about, gallery, testimonials, FAQs, and contact.

SMS-verified lead form

Parents submit interest and confirm their phone with a 4-digit code before they enter the portal.

AI draft from your site

Paste your existing website. We pull copy, photos, and brand colors so you are not starting from a blank page.

Your colors, your slug

Pick the URL, accent color, trust badges, and CTA copy to match the school.

Gallery + lightbox

Import facility photos and let parents browse them in a polished lightbox.

Publish or preview

Work on the page privately, then flip it live when you are ready.

02

Enroll families

Parents run the signup themselves. You stop texting login instructions.

Passwordless parent portal

Families sign in with their phone. No passwords to forget or reset.

Guided first-time wizard

Welcome โ†’ add swimmers โ†’ policies โ†’ registration fee โ†’ first package. Five steps, done.

Enrollment disclosure

Parents see both payments up front โ€” platform registration and your lesson package โ€” before they pay anything.

Per-child registration

A one-time program fee per child, collected before the first package and when a sibling is added later.

School policies in-flow

Attendance, weather, what to bring, safety โ€” toggled and edited by you, shown during enrollment.

Portal branding

Match your colors, greeting, and which sections parents see. Live phone preview while you edit.

04

Schedule without the back-and-forth

Open slots, standing blocks, and a weekly series that keeps itself filled.

Weekly availability

Recurring slots per instructor, location, and lesson type. Blackouts never appear as bookable.

Multi-location

Run more than one pool. Each location has its own details, photos, and logistics.

Parent self-scheduling

Families book from real open slots. Toggle it off and they submit preferred times instead.

Standing cadence

Monโ€“Thu ร— 4 weeks = 16 lessons. One tap books the whole block. The math has to match the credits.

Ongoing weekly series

Lock a weekday and time. Future weeks generate themselves so the family always has lessons on the books.

T-24h auto-settle

Use a credit if they have one. Otherwise charge the saved card about 24 hours before the lesson.

Sibling back-to-back

Already-booked family times are marked so parents can stack lessons consecutively.

No double-books

Open slots subtract existing lessons and blackouts. The database locks the row so two parents cannot take the same time.

05

Run the school

A command center for you. A calendar your instructors can actually read.

Todayโ€™s command center

Lessons by instructor, the week ahead, enrolled parents, outstanding credits, and revenue.

Swim calendar

Child, paid/unpaid, pool, lesson type, parent, instructor. Filter by any of them.

Drag to reschedule

Move a lesson on the calendar. The system checks availability before it sticks.

Cancel your way

Return a time credit, or mark a no-show with no refund. A note is written for you.

Book on behalf

Front desk books, cancels, and reschedules for any family that has credits.

Sell from the profile

Pick a package, apply a promo, text a pay link, or charge the card on file โ€” from any customer.

Act as the parent

Walk through the portal in person with the family. A banner makes it obvious you are in staff mode.

One family page

Contact, messages, notes, lessons, payments, credits, and saved cards โ€” not five different screens.

06

Keep families in the loop

The texts you already send, written once and sent on time.

Purchase confirmation SMS

Customizable text after every sale, with a link to schedule.

T-7 and T-24 reminders

Email + SMS. Location, parking, what to bring. Gate code only in the last 24 hours.

Shareable lesson page

A link with the lesson, location card, map, and access details โ€” so you are not forwarding screenshots.

Location logistics

Per-pool description, parking notes, access code, what to bring, photo, and map pin.

Preferred-time alerts

When a parent requests a time, the front desk gets a text immediately.

Test a blast first

Send reminder copy to yourself before it goes to real families.

07

Grow enrollment

Inquiries become families without a spreadsheet of follow-ups.

Inquiry board

New Inquiry โ†’ Contacted โ†’ Trial Scheduled โ†’ Trial Sent โ†’ Enrolled โ†’ Follow Up. Rename the lanes if you want.

One-tap portal login

From a lead or a customer, SMS the parent a 4-digit code so they can get into their portal.

Connected funnel

Landing form โ†’ SMS verify โ†’ portal โ†’ package โ†’ schedule. Nothing falls between tools.

08

Teach from your phone

Go Time is the instructor app. Clock in, see the student, finish the lesson.

Bookings tab

Today and this week, shaped for swim โ€” student, lesson type, pool.

Student context

Level, medical notes, special requests, parent tap-to-call, location, and the gate code when it is time.

Your lessons only

Instructors see their own roster. Owners see everyone, grouped by instructor.

Finish in one tap

No van inventory, no photo proofs, no review prompts. Mark the lesson done and move on.

Owner KPIs in your pocket

Parents enrolled, credits outstanding, revenue, lessons in the next 7 days.

09

Your rules, one settings hub

Lessons, packages, availability, locations, instructors, landing, portal, promos.

Unified Swim Settings

Eight tabs. One place. Fence and repair tools stay hidden so the nav matches the work.

Instructor roster

Who can teach which lesson types, at which pools.

Catalog you control

Foundations, returning, propellers, adult, or your own types. Hide or retire a package without losing history.

Credit expiration

Season-based, day-based, or never โ€” set per package.

Ready on day one

New schools get default lesson types, packages, a location, and landing copy so the first hour is configuration, not construction.

A week on Current

From blank page to booked calendar.

You are not building software. You are turning yours on.

Day 1

Your page goes live

Branded landing page and portal, seeded with your lesson types, packages, and a location.

Day 2โ€“3

Families enroll

Parents verify by text, add swimmers, and buy their first package โ€” on their own.

Day 4โ€“5

The calendar fills

Self-scheduling and standing blocks lock in recurring times. Reminders start going out.

Every day after

You teach

Open Go Time, see the student and the pool, get in the water. That is the job.

Built by swim schools

We run schools on this every day.

Current wasn't built by a software company guessing at swim. Every feature started as a real problem at a real front desk โ€” the credit spreadsheet, the 9pm reschedule text, the gate code in a notes app.

Like a kid who learns the water before the stroke, the system starts with what keeps a school afloat: enrollment, payment, and a calendar that fills itself. The rest is you, teaching.

Pricing

Straight answers

The questions school owners actually ask.

Is this for a one-person instructor or a full school?

Both. Solo instructors get the portal, payments, and calendar. Schools add locations, a roster, and permissions for who teaches what.

Where does the lesson money go?

Package and drop-in charges settle on your CardPointe merchant. You set the prices. The optional program registration fee is a separate platform charge to the parent โ€” not your school revenue.

Do parents have to use an app?

No. The parent portal is a branded web page. They sign in with a text code. You and your instructors use Go Time on the phone.

Iโ€™m not technical.

We help you set it up. Defaults are already there โ€” lesson types, packages, a location, landing copy โ€” so the first hour is your prices and your pool, not a blank database.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Monthly is month-to-month. Yearly is paid up front; talk to us if you need to unwind it.

Stop running the school from your texts.

Get the landing page, the parent portal, the calendar, and Go Time โ€” $120 a month, or $1,000 for the year.
